How to use my new enema system

Unscrew the shower head and install the diverter valve in its place, reconnecting the shower head to the second outlet.

Connect the system hose to the third outlet and check that all connections are secure.

Set the water temperature to lukewarm and test the flow with your hand first.

Apply water-based lubricant to the silicone nozzle, gently insert it, and turn on the flow by switching the valve to the bidet setting.

Let the water flow gently and repeat the process until the desired result is achieved.

Cleaning

After use, disconnect the nozzle and clean it with lukewarm water and soap.
